Adam Yauch aka MCA heeft zijn fans een update gegeven over zijn gezondheid na de behandeling aan speekselklierkanker. In juli kwam naar buiten dat het lid van Beastie Boys onder het mes moest.
“I’m feeling healthy, strong and hopeful that I’ve beaten this thing, but of course time will tell,” zegt Yauch. Verder heeft hij ook nieuws over het Beastie Boys album “Hot Sauce Committee Part 1”, dat in september zou moeten uitkomen. “We have not set a new release date for the record yet, but I’m hoping it’ll be in the first half of next year.”
