De release van “Arts & Entertainment” is uitgesteld tot 3 november vanwege een conflict met tv-station A&E (Arts & Entertainment) over de albumcover. Het album had 6 oktober moeten uitkomen.
Ace en G’s label, Traffic Entertainment, gaf gehoor aan de oproep van A&E om de cover, die te veel op het logo van het tv-station zou lijken, te veranderen.
Voor Masta Ace is het voorval niet meer dan een “small setback”: “It’s unfortunate that we got pushed back, but sometimes unexpected things happen. We both love the A&E Network and watch a lot of the programming,” zegt hij. “This is only a small setback, we want the network to be okay with everything before we blast off with this great music.”
