Daar waar The Names Bill wederom een lekkere banger is met een dope, smerige beat en fijne samples & scratches, klinkt Mass Joint Freestyle lekker leip met een dreigende vibe waarin BiLL zwaar flowt en de track opvult met allerlei te dope, gevaarlijke filmsamples. Ook nieuwe songs als Whos The Best? (How many MC’s must get killed before somebody say don’t fuck with BiLL) en het meeslepende Let’s Go (hoog dramagehalte in de beat) zijn de shit.

Mindere nummers staan er niet op ILL BiLL Is The Future. Rauwe, smerige straight-up bangers zonder ook maar enige vorm van concessie te doen, daar staat dit album wel vol mee. Voor de doorgewinterde Non Phixion of Necro-fan is er dus weinig nieuws onder de zon. Voor iedereen die liefhebber is van ille recht-voor-z’n-raap-hiphop en nog niet veel kent van ILL BiLL, zou er een zieke wereld open kunnen gaan.
